Panel welder wanted in Doniphan County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a panel welder in Doniphan County, Kansas. You will be based at a pipe and tank fabrication yard. Your main tasks: • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence You should have: • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings • ITI in welder trade or equivalent At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around $160 per day, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
