Line cook • Montgomery County, Maryland

We are recruiting: we are hiring a line cook in Montgomery County, Maryland. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. You will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; prepare the mise en place before each service; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. $150 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
