Immediate opening: we are hiring a gang bricklayer in Medina County, Texas. The job is at a residential building site. You will buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge; raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish; cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder; setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
