Join our team: site safety steward (Colorado)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a site safety steward in Archuleta County, Colorado. You will be based at a manufacturing plant. What we are looking for: • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot The role involves: • Investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements • Inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height 4+ years on the tools preferred. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
