Urgent requirement: health and safety supervisor (Oregon)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a health and safety supervisor in Columbia County, Oregon. You will be based at a manufacturing plant. Day-to-day duties: • Update the risk register and method statements (RAMS) • Record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date • Investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment • Audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action Requirements: • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot Six days a week, one day off.
