Great opportunity: we are hiring an industrial sewing operator in Bradford County, Pennsylvania. You will work in a small denim manufacturing unit. Day to day you will meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes; press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges; change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation. Requirements: • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance Six days a week, one day off.
