We are recruiting: we are hiring a catering cook in Gallia County, Ohio. Requirements: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Day-to-day duties: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in Six days a week, one day off.
