Immediate opening: we are hiring a retail butcher in Clarke County, Mississippi. You will be based at a wholesale meat market. Day to day you will run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled. Requirements: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Pay around $250 per day, based on your experience. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
