Concrete shuttering carpenter • Hood County, Texas

We are recruiting: we are hiring a concrete shuttering carpenter in Hood County, Texas. The job is at a precast concrete yard. What we are looking for: • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking The role involves repair damaged plywood and timber shutters; apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting; set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs; box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations.
