Vacancy available: plasterer's mate (Alabama)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a plasterer's mate in Marion County, Alabama. You will be based on a busy domestic building site. Day to day you will patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster; tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler; apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls; float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge. Requirements: • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents • Own set of trowels, floats, hawk and buckets $5,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
