Dish pit attendant • Calhoun County, Michigan

Immediate opening: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Calhoun County, Michigan. The job is at a cloud kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift You should have: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
