Dishwashing attendant • Amuwo Odofin, Lagos State

Vacancy available: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Amuwo Odofin, Lagos State. The job is in a hotel kitchen. Requirements: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Day-to-day duties: • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
