Great opportunity: we are hiring a D6/D8 dozer operator in Saint Croix County, Wisconsin. The job is at a civil contractor's yard. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence Day-to-day duties: • Backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid • Grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms • Spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction • Follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels 3+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
