Cnc production machinist — Madison County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a cnc production machinist in Madison County, New York. The job is at an auto-components manufacturing unit. The role involves: • Load and index turning tools in the turret • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances Requirements: • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code Part-time with flexible hours.
