Urgent requirement: kitchen steward (Minnesota)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Dakota County, Minnesota. You will work in a catering unit. Day to day you will wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading. Requirements: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Pay around $190 per day, based on your experience.
