Quality assurance assistant — Grundy County

Join our team: we are hiring a quality assurance assistant in Grundy County, Tennessee. You will work in a metal fabrication workshop. You will escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer; record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts; operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools; check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation. Ideal candidate: • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection • Willing to work rotating and night shifts Six days a week, one day off.
