Now hiring: we are hiring an AC installation technician in Wyoming County, New York. You will work at an HVAC contractor's workshop. Ideal candidate: • ITI in refrigeration and air conditioning an advantage • Confident brazing copper and running nitrogen pressure tests Your main tasks: • Cut, flare and bend copper pipe for the liquid and suction lines • Recover the refrigerant before dismantling or relocating a unit • Core-drill through brick and concrete walls to route the refrigerant piping • Evacuate the system with a vacuum pump and confirm a deep vacuum At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
