Halal butcher — Arenac County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a halal butcher in Arenac County, Michigan. You should have: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Day-to-day duties: • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date 6+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
