Production line operative — Dallas County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a production line operative in Dallas County, Iowa. You will be based in an electronics assembly unit. Your main tasks: • Top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low • Carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts • Tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench • Report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away • Fit and bolt components onto the chassis as it moves along the conveyor • Log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay What we are looking for: • Careful handling of tools and components • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. $3,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
