Urgent requirement: brickwork mason (Mississippi)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a brickwork mason in Perry County, Mississippi. You will work at a renovation and extension job. Your main tasks: • Mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser • Brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go • Building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation • Spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel • Buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge Requirements: • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
