Urgent requirement: we are hiring a catering cook in Wilcox County, Alabama. The job is at a fast-food outlet. You will taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; prepare the mise en place before each service; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down. Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Pay around $3,900 per month, based on your experience.
