Pot washer wanted in Conejos County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pot washer in Conejos County, Colorado. The role involves polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles. Requirements: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) 6+ years on the tools preferred.
