Glazing assistant • Isanti County, Minnesota

Immediate opening: we are hiring a glazing assistant in Isanti County, Minnesota. You will be based at a double glazing firm. Day to day you will replace cracked or broken window panes; glaze shopfronts, curtain walls and glass partitions; install mirrors, shower screens and glass balustrades; install toughened and laminated safety glass; measure window and door openings and order glass to size; handle large panes using suction cups and a lifting frame. Ideal candidate: • Skilled with silicone guns, putty and glazing tools • Own basic hand tools an advantage • Able to cut glass accurately to size Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
