Fabricator-welder — Asari-Toru

Join our team: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Asari-Toru, Rivers State. You will be based in a heavy engineering unit. You should have: • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding Your main tasks: • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose 1+ years on the tools preferred.
