Tiling assistant wanted in Del Norte County

Now hiring: we are hiring a tiling assistant in Del Norte County, California. The job is on a commercial fit-out project. Your main tasks: • Match the tile pattern and coursing across the walls • Make curved cuts and holes with an angle grinder and tile drill bits • Check the falls to floor wastes so the water drains away • Apply a waterproofing membrane in showers and wet areas • Fit tile spacers to keep the grout joints even What we are looking for: • Knowledge of waterproofing and substrate preparation • Able to read setting-out drawings and tile layouts • Familiar with porcelain, ceramic, mosaic and natural stone Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
