We are recruiting: we are hiring a lift erector in Bath County, Virginia. You will be based at a shopping mall with escalators and lifts. Requirements: • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics On the job you will handle: • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches • Fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments • Carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
