Join our team: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Somerset County, Pennsylvania. You will work at an in-store supermarket bakery. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving The role involves boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
