Join our team: cement mason (Washington)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cement mason in Thurston County, Washington. Day to day you will fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule; compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing; strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength; mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer; set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
