Tig welder wanted in Boone County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tig welder in Boone County, West Virginia. The role involves: • Strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode • Back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring) • Feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle • Control heat input so thin sheet does not warp What we are looking for: • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. $4,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
