Glass and glazing technician — Hughes County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a glass and glazing technician in Hughes County, South Dakota. The job is at a busy glazing workshop. Requirements: • Physically fit, able to stand and lift throughout the shift • Proven experience as a glazier or glass fitter Day-to-day duties: • Apply putty, silicone and glazing tape to bed the glass • Handle large panes using suction cups and a lifting frame • Glaze shopfronts, curtain walls and glass partitions • Read drawings and setting-out details for glazing layouts • Secure glass with glazing beads, clips and points • Install mirrors, shower screens and glass balustrades At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
