You should have: • Physically fit to lift parcels up to 20 kg • Good knowledge of local roads and areas On the job you will handle: • Follow traffic rules and wear the helmet at all times • Pick up parcels from the hub and sort them by delivery area • Take the customer's OTP or signature at handover • Update delivery status (delivered / failed / rescheduled) in the app • Call customers for directions or to retry a missed delivery • Scan each package barcode on the handheld device before loading Meals and transport allowance provided.
