External wall insulation fitter wanted in Waukesha County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an external wall insulation fitter in Waukesha County, Wisconsin. You will be based at a busy building site. Ideal candidate: • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles • Able to read construction drawings and specifications • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges Day to day you will seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant; carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape; fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors; spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness. 3+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer $5,000 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
