Crane operator • Daviess County, Missouri

Vacancy available: we are hiring a crane operator in Daviess County, Missouri. You will be based at a road-building project. The role involves: • Operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material • Backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations • Excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels • Load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket • Level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines • Keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook Ideal candidate: • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings Full-time with occasional weekends.
