Renovation plasterer • Franklin County, Maine

Great opportunity: we are hiring a renovation plasterer in Franklin County, Maine. You will be based on a commercial fit-out project. Day to day you will check walls for plumb and level as you go; apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat; fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads; apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork; tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler. You should have: • Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
