Requirements: • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Comfortable working with dust, noise and spray fumes • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish On a typical shift you will treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer; strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair.
