Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pressman in Kershaw County, South Carolina. The job is at a dry cleaner's. Ideal candidate: • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases Day to day you will operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments; sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number; spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts; shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board.
