JCB operator — Guernsey County

Now hiring: we are hiring a JCB operator in Guernsey County, Ohio. You will work at a road and highway construction project. Ideal candidate: • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites Day-to-day duties: • Inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up • Dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels • Lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains • Work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter • Work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
