Lift installation engineer wanted in King George County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a lift installation engineer in King George County, Virginia. The job is on a lift modernisation project. On the job you will handle: • Mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands • Carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes • Fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments • Set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear Ideal candidate: • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
