Occupational health and safety officer • Burleigh County, North Dakota

Immediate opening: we are hiring an occupational health and safety officer in Burleigh County, North Dakota. The job is in a chemical processing unit. You should have: • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces Your main tasks: • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment • Update the risk register and method statements (RAMS) • Audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements • Record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task 6+ years on the tools preferred. $3,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
