Urgent requirement: argon welder (Arkansas)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an argon welder in Newton County, Arkansas. You will work in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. On the job you will handle: • Clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding • Strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal • Read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing • Sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size You should have: • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
