You should have: • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • Good eye for colour matching and blending The role involves: • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code 1+ years on the tools preferred.
