Cnc production machinist — Calhoun County

Now hiring: we are hiring a cnc production machinist in Calhoun County, South Carolina. You will work in a tool room. Day-to-day duties: • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles • Read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances • Load and index turning tools in the turret • Write and edit G-code programs at the control • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed What we are looking for: • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
