Urgent requirement: horticulturist (Tennessee)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a horticulturist in Sevier County, Tennessee. You will work in a botanical garden. Ideal candidate: • An eye for detail and a tidy, well-kept finish • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage Day-to-day duties: • Dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds • Apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds • Mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers • Plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
