What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets On a typical shift you will label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency.
