The role involves: • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting What we are looking for: • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
