Vacancy available: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Bon Homme County, South Dakota. You will work in a metal finishing workshop. Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Your main tasks: • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
