Join our team: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Jasper County, South Carolina. Your main tasks: • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO Ideal candidate: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Six days a week, one day off. $30 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
