Scullery hand • Schuyler County, Missouri

Immediate opening: we are hiring a scullery hand in Schuyler County, Missouri. You will be based in a hospital canteen. You will top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift. What we are looking for: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
