Great opportunity: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Lawrence County, Missouri. You should have: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler The role involves mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; season and marinate meat on request; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts.
