Retail butcher wanted in Brown County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a retail butcher in Brown County, Indiana. You will be based at a busy retail butcher's shop. Your main tasks: • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter We offer $200 per day plus benefits.
